NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reset Foreclosure Sale date signed October 24, 2018 and Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 18, 2018 and entered in Case No.: 18-CA-4765 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is the Plaintiff and THE ESTATE OF WILLIE LANGLEY, DECEASED; THE HEIRS AND DEVISEES OF THE ESTATE OF WILLIE LANGLEY, DECEASED; UNICOR MORTGAGE, INC. and DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF UCFC MH TRUST 1997-3 are the Defendants. Pat Frank will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m. on November 28, 2018 the following described properties set forth in said Final Judgment to wit:
Lot 26, Block 6, ALAFIA ESTATES, UNIT A, according to plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 27, Page 14, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on the same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
