NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 27, 2018, and entered in 17-CA-001909 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY AS TRUSTEE FOR INDYMAC INDX MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-AR7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2005-AR7 is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ERICA DEBERNARDO, DECEASED.; DOMINIC JOSEPH DEBERNARDO, A MINOR BY AND THROUGH HIS NATURAL GUARDIAN, GARY W. PINSON JR.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR GMAC MORTGAGE CORPORATION DBA DITECH.COM are the Defendant(s).
