NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 3, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-007703 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein WILMINGTON SAVINGS FUND SOCIETY, FSB, d/b/a CHRISTIANA TRUST AS OWNER TRUSTEE OF THE RESIDENTIAL CREDIT OPPORTUNITIES TRUST III is Plaintiff and REGINA M. STABILE; et al., are Defendant(s).
The Clerk, Pat Frank, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at public sale on November 28, 2018, at 10:00 A.M. on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 2, Block 13, of TOWN 'N COUNTRY PARK, SECTION 9, UNIT NO. 4, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 44, Page 43, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
