NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 25, 2018 and entered in Case No. 17-CA-5783 Div J of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein CARRINGTON MORTGAGE SERVICES, LLC, is the Plaintiff and ISAAC JORGE; MICHELLE JORGE; DAGOBERTO RODRIGUEZ; SONIA RODRIGUEZ; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ISAAC JORGE and UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAGOBERTO RODRIGUEZ are Defendants, Pat Frank, Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com on December 27, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. the following described property set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 17, BLOCK D, A REPLAT OF LAS BRISAS & LAS BRISAS, FIRST ADDITION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 52, PAGES 1-1 AND 1-2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person or entity claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, resulting from the Foreclosure Sale, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim on same with the Clerk of Court within sixty (60) days after the Foreclosure Sale.
