NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 30, 2018, entered in Case No. 18-CA-000837 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein New Penn Financial, LLC d/b/a Shellpoint Mortgage Servicing is the Plaintiff and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, and all other parties claiming interest by, through, under or against the Estate of Daniel A. Holst a/k/a Daniel Alan Holst a/k/a Daniel A. Holst, Sr., Deceased; Anna Katherine Holst a/k/a Anna K. Holst a/k/a Anna Holst-Turley; Daniel Alan Holst, Jr. a/k/a Daniel A. Holst, Jr. a/k/a Daniel Alan Holst are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 27th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 351.00 FEET OF LOTS 39 AND 40 MAP OF RUSKIN COLONY FARMS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 63, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA, LYING NORTHWESTERLY OF THE RIGHT OF WAY FOR TAMPA SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY; LESS THE NORTH 256.00 FEET AND LESS THE WEST 10.00 FEET FOR ROAD RIGHT OF WAY.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
