LOT 16 OF “A RE-PLAT OF BAYSIDE SUBDIVISION,” ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 23, PAGES 18 AND 19, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THAT AREA LYING BETWEEN THE NORTHERLY PROJECTIONS OF THE EAST AND WEST BOUNDARY OF THE ABOVE DESCRIBED PLOT, EXTENDED TO INTERSECT THE BOUNDARY SHOWN ON SAID PLAT, AS “BULKHEAD LINE,” TOGETHER WITH IMPROVEMENTS THEREON.
