NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2018, and entered in 18-001851-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT, INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-16CB MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-16CB is the Plaintiff and BELLE OAK VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; JORGO BOROVA; BRUNILDA BOROVA; CITY OF CLEARWATER are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on November 28, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
