NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 22, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-001286-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit, in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Lonnie J. Baker, Jr.; Unknown Spouse of Lonnie J. Baker, Jr; Denise J Baker a/k/a Denise Juliette Hass; Unknown Spouse of Denise J. Baker a/k/a Denise Juliette Hass; Kadyell Wright-Douglas are the Defendants, that Ken Burke, Pinellas County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 AM on the 21st day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 88, BLACKSHIRE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 54, PAGE 31 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
