Plaintiff, vs.
SYLVAIN E. LeFEVRE and ANY UNKNOWN OCCUPANTS IN POSSESSION,

YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to enforce and foreclose a Claim of Lien for condominium assessments and to foreclose any claims which are inferior to the right, title and interest of the Plaintiff, GULFVIEW HOMEOWNERS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, INC., herein in the following described property:
Unit 11, of Gulfview Mobile Home Park, a Mobile Home Park, a Cooperative, according to the Master Occupancy Agreement recorded in Official Records Book 7559, Pages 193-219, and as amended in Official Records Book 8240, Pages 1000-1001, of the Public Records of Pinellas County Florida; from the first day of April 1998, forever in consideration of the mutual covenants contained in the Master Occupancy Agreement which Agreement and all amendments thereto are incorporated herein by reference, the original of which is maintained in the office of the Association. With the following street address: 14720 113th Avenue, #11, Largo, Florida, 33774.
The undersigned corporation also has a Claim of Lien on the Membership Certificate #222 of Sylvain E. LeFevre, for any and all sums due the lien holder in relation to his ownership of the Membership Certificate and his acceptance of the Occupancy Agreement
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on Joseph R. Cianfrone, Esquire, of Cianfrone, Nikoloff, Grant & Greenberg, P.A., whose address is 1964 Bayshore Blvd., Dunedin, FL, 34698, on or before December 3, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
