NOTICE is hereby given that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure entered October 23, 2018, in this cause, in the County Court for Pinellas County, Florida, the Clerk will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
Unit E-7, TOWN APARTMENTS, INC., NO. 4, a Condominium together with an undivided share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in O.R. Book 2194, Page 346, and all its attachments and amendments, and as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page(s) 22 and 23, Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
at public sale, to the highest bidder, for cash, in an online sale at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m., on the 4th day of December, 2018.
