NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 02, 2018, and entered in 17-004701-CI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR ASSET BACKED FUNDING CORPORATION ASSET BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006 HE1 is the Plaintiff and DDM TRUST SERVICES, LLC, A FLORIDA LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE UNDER LAND TRUST NO. 123 DATED JANUARY 23, 2014; BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on December 04, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
