FORGIONE, SR., THOMAS L FORGIONE, VIRGINIA FORGIONE, JANET FORGIONE, JOHN ANTHONY FORGIONEA/K/A JOHN A. FORGIONE, KRISTIN FORGIONE, NICK FORGIONEA/K/A NICK FORGIONE A/K/A NICHOLAS A. Forgione, whether said unknown parties may claim an interest as spouses, heirs, devisees, grantees, or other claimants are Defendants, the Clerk of Court (KEN BURKE, CPA), will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 12TH day of December, 2018 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 51 OF GREY OAKS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 117, PAGES 18 THROUGH 25, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
