NOTICE IS GIVEN that, in accordance with the Amended Consent in REM Final Judgment Of Foreclosure, entered July 19, 2018, in the above styled cause, in the County Court of Orange County Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder the following described property in accordance with Section 45.031 of the Florida Statutes:
Unit B, Building 1, TUCKER OAKS, A Condominium, accordinf to the Declaration thereof recorded in Official Records Book 9076, Page 3637, and any amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Orange County, Florida.
for cash in an Online Sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com beginning at 11:00 AM on November 20, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
