NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 6, 2018 entered in Civil Case No.: 2017-CA-008596-O of the Circuit Court of the 9th Judicial Circuit in and for Orange County, Orlando, Florida, Foreclosure Sale will be held online via the Internet at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com pursuant to Judgment or Order of the Court and Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, at 11:00 AM on the 18th day of December, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
APARTMENT UNIT 806, OF BUILDING 800, SILVER PINES, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, EASEMENTS AND RESERVATIONS OF SILVER PINES, PHASE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, DATES APRIL 5, 1972 AND RECORDED APRIL 7, 1972, IN O.R. BOOK 2204, PAGE 303, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/61ST INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS OF SAID CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
