NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated October 30, 2018, entered in Civil Case No.: 2017CA003031 of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, CREDITORS, DEVISEES, BENEFICIARIES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHER PARTIES CLAIMING AN INTEREST BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST THE ESTATE OF LEO JOHN BUEDEL, JR. A/K/A LEO BUEDEL, JR., DECEASED; NANCY BUEDEL A/K/A NANCY E. BUEDEL; CHRISTINE RENEE FAVARA, are Defendants.
ANGELINA COLONNESO, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on the 30th day of November, 2018, the following described real property as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to wit:
PART OF LOT 14, BLOCK 2, ELWOOD PARK, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 76, OF PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND FURTHER DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT THE NE CORNER OF THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 14, BLOCK 2, ELWOOD PARK, IN SECTION 4, TOWNSHIP 35 SOUTH, RANGE 18 EAST, RUNNING WEST 130 FEET TO A STAKE; THENCE SOUTH 345 FEET TO A STAKE; THENCE EAST 130 FEET TO A STAKE; THENCE NORTH 345 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
