NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Final Default Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 24, 2018 in Case No. 2018 CC 1687 the undersigned Clerk of Court of Manatee County, Florida, will, on November 28, 2018 at 11:00 a.m., via the internet at www.manatee.realforeclose.com offer for public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property located in Manatee County, Florida:
Unit 32, Heatherwood, a condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 1094, Page 1229, and amendments thereto, and as per Plat thereof, recorded in amended Condominium Book 19, Pages 164 through 167, and amendments thereto, of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
