NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 30, 2018 in the above action, the Manatee County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest bidder for cash at Manatee, Florida, on November 30, 2018, at 11:00 AM, at WWW.MANATEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM for the following described property:
Commence at the NW corner of Tract 20 in Section 1, Township 35 South, Range 20 East, as shown by the Plat and Subdivision of the Waterbury Grapefruit Tracts, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 37 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; run thence S 0 degrees 14`51” E along the West boundary of said Tract 20, a distance of 25 feet to the South boundary of the existing public road to a Point of Beginning; continue thence S 0 degrees 14`51” E along the West boundary of said Tract 20 and the West boundary of the adjoining Tract 19, a distance of 633.44 feet, more or less, to the SW corner of said Tract 19; run thence N 89 degrees 58`11” E along the South boundary of said Tract 19, a distance of 412.61 feet; run thence N 0 degrees 14`51” W, 633.45 feet, more or less to a point on the South boundary of said existing public road; run thence S 89 degrees 57`59” W along the South boundary of said public road 412.61 feet, more or less, to the Point of Beginning, and containing 6 acres, more or less, in Manatee County, Florida
