LOT NO. 1 OF BLOCK 24 OF SOUTHERN INVESTMENT COMPANY'S SUBDIVISION OF LOT 24 OF P.W. WHITE'S PLAT OF THE SOUTH HALF OF THE SW 1/4 OF SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 34 SOUTH, RANGE 17 EAST, AS PER PLAT OF SAID SUBDIVISION RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK NO. 1, PAGE 155 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Defendant is required to serve written defenses to the complaint or petition on Crystal D. Golm, Esq., Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 3021 Manatee Ave. W., Bradenton, FL 34205, on or before DECEMBER 17TH, 2018, and to file the original of the defenses with the clerk of this court either before service on Plaintiffs attorney or immediately thereafter. If a Defendant fails to do so, a default will be entered against that Defendant for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
