RE-NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Reschedule Foreclosure Sale filed October 24, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2013CA002996000000 of the Circuit Court of the TENTH Judicial Circuit in and for POLK COUNTY, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, is Plaintiff, and JAMES H. BURGOYNE, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Stacey M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 10:00 AM www.polk.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 26 day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 74, DEER RUN ESTATES, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 83, PAGE 25-27, PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
