NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Granting Plaintiff's Motion to Vacate the May 31, 2018 Foreclosure Sale and Reschedule the Foreclosure Sale Date entered in Civil Case No. 2016CA003752000000 of the Circuit Court of the 10TH Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK TRUST, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR LSF9 MASTER PARTICIPATION TRUST is Plaintiff and SYLVIA BOODRAM, et al, are Defendants. The Clerk, STACY BUTTERFIELD, shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Polk County's On Line Public Auction website: www.polk.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on DECEMBER 5, 2018, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in POLK County, Florida, as set forth in said Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure, to-wit:
