NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 17, 2018, and entered in 2017CA001241CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein MTGLQ INVESTORS, L.P. is the Plaintiff and CHRISTINA LYNN BLACKLIN A/K/A CHRISTINA LYNN SMITH; THOMAS BLACKLIN; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; THE CLERK OF COURT OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Paula O'Neil as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 AM, on November 29, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
