Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Pasco County, Florida, the Clerk of the Circuit Court in and for Pasco County will sell the property situate in Pasco County, Florida, described as:

Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 36, Township 24 South, Range 16 East, Pasco County, Florida; go thence North 89°17'04” West, along the North line of said Section 36, a distance of 825.0 feet; thence South 00°58'51” West, a distance of 2643.02 feet; thence South 00°59'57” West a distance of 450.0 feet; thence North 89°11'41” West, a distance of 325.0 feet to the Point of Beginning; continue thence North 89°11'41” West, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence South 00°59'57” West, a distance of 225.0 feet; thence South 89°11'41” East, a distance of 100.0 feet; thence North 00°59'57” East, a distance of 225.0 feet to the Point of Beginning. Excepting therefrom the Southerly 25.0 feet thereof to be used for road right-of-way purposes.
