NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 28, 2018, and entered in 2017 CA 003909 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR GSAA HOME EQUITY TRUST 2006-16, ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-16 is the Plaintiff and DONNAJEAN TORK A/K/A DONNA JEAN TORK ; CYPRESS FALLS AT THE WOODLANDS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on November 27, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
