NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 3, 2018, and entered in Case No. 17-CA-002609 of the Circuit Court of the 20 Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, FOR THE GSAMP TRUST 2006-NC1 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006- NC1, is Plaintiff and ELBA MARCANO; JULIO MARCANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELBA MARCANO; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JULIO MARCANO; UNKOWN TENANT #1; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendants, the Office of Linda Doggett, Lee County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction atwww.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 A.M. on the 2 day of January, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 26 and 27, Block 4421, Unit 63, CAPE CORAL SUBDIVISION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 21, Pages 48 through 81, inclusive, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
