THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL COMPOSED OF APARTMENT 105 AND AN UNDIVIDED ONE-TENTH SHARE IN THOSE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO IN ACCORDANCE WITH AND SUBJECT TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, TERMS AND OTHER PROVISIONS OF THAT DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM OF CORAL CAY CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 921, PAGES 597-635 IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
