NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure date the 25th day of October, 2018, and entered in Case No. 15-CA-001318, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein SPECIALIZED LOAN SERVICING LLC, is the Plaintiff and JENNIE FENLEY; CARROLLTON LAKES HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; UNKNOWN PARTY #1, UNKNOWN PARTY #2, UNKNOWN PARTY #3. and UNKNOWN PARTY #4 THE NAMES BEING FICTITIOUS TO ACCOUNT FOR PARTIES IN POSSESSION, are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 26th day of November 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
