NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 5, 2018 and entered in Civil Case No. 17-CA-5952 of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATE, SERIES 2005-17 is Plaintiff and RODRIGUEZ, JUAN C, et al, are Defendants. The clerk PAT FRANK shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at Hillsborough County On Line Public Auction website: www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on January 31, 2019, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property located in HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida as set forth in said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
