Finley, Unknown Party#1 N/K/A Martin Mounce, are defendants, the Hillsborough County Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 AM on the 4th day of December, 2018 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

FROM SAID POINT OF BEGINNING, CONTINUE NORTH 89 DEGREES 48 MINUTES EAST 179.78 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 0 DEGREES 11 MINUTES EAST 388.43 FEET; THENCE SOUTH 89 DEGREES 42 MINUTES WEST 181.08 FEET; THENCE NORTH, PARALLEL TO THE WEST LINE OF THE SAID SE 1/4, A DISTANCE OF 388.43 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
