Lot 22, Block 11, VILLAROSA PHASE 1A, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 76, page(s) 31 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located in the Abbey Trace community at 19209 Wind Dancer Street, Lutz, Florida 33558 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
