NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment in this cause, in the County Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, I will sell all the property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida described as:
Lot 129, of HAWKS POINT PHASE 1A-2 - 2ND PARTIAL REPLAT, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 120, Page 250, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida. With the following street address: 1510 Little Hawk Drive, Ruskin, Florida, 33570
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 A.M. on December 21, 2018.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
