NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 02, 2018, and entered in 16-CA-003673 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein REVERSE MORTGAGE SOLUTIONS, INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF MINNIE LOU DREW, DECEASED; GEORGE ALTON BELL A/K/A GEORGE BELL; ELENA BELL; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; NORTH STAR CAPITAL ACQUISITION LLC; STATE OF FLORIDA, DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; CLERK OF THE COURTS IN AND FOR HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; CATRENA DREW; JEFFREY MCDOWELL; FREDDIE HAYNES, SR.; CITY OF TAMPA, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s).
