You are hereby notified that an action to foreclose a mortgage lien on the following property in Hillsborough County, Florida:
Unit No. 69 of DORCHESTER “C” CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium, according to The Declaration of Condominium recorded in O.R. Book 3094, Page 1, and all exhibits and amendments thereof, and recorded in Condominium Plat Book 1, Page 82, Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida
has been filed against you. You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, on or before DECEMBER 27TH 2018 on Michael C. Caborn, Esquire, Winderweedle, Haines, Ward & Woodman, P.A., Plaintiffs' attorney, whose address is 329 Park Avenue North, Second Floor, Winter Park, FL 32789, within 30 days after the first publication of this Notice, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiffs' attorneys or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition. See §49.09, Fla. Stat. This Notice of Action shall be published once during each week for two (2) consecutive weeks under §49.10(c), Fla. Stat.
