NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 30, 2018, entered in Case No. 17-CA-005061 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Sun Jewelry Inc. is the Plaintiff and Carol V. Rawlins a/k/a Carol Rawlins a/k/a Carol Vennetta Rawlins; Anderson Alwyn Emile Isaac a/k/a Anderson Isaac are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 28th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 7, AND THE EAST 10 FEET OF LOT 8, TOGETHER WITH THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE CLOSED ALLEY, BLOCK 9, REVISED MAP OF TEMPLE HIGHLANDS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGE 97, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
