NOTICE OF RIGHT TO RECLAIM ABANDONED PROPERTY
When you vacated the premises located at 11605, 11607-A & 11607-B North Nebraska Avenue, Tampa, Florida 33612, the following personal property remained:
Six (6) pallets of disaster relief meals; nine (9) pallets of play sand; two (2) pallets of bottled tea; four (4) refrigerators; two (2) pallets of bottled water; two (2) pallets of McCafe Coffee; a hand fork lift; five hundred and fifty eight (558) auditorium chairs; fifteen (15) stage speakers; thirteen (13) televisions; five (5) area fans; seventeen (17) microphones; forty-three (43) folding tables; forty (40) boxes of medications and vitamins; twenty-two (22) tables; forty-eight (48) folding chairs; twenty-six (26) file cabinets; twelve (12) book shelves; a drill; thirty-two (32) monitors; twenty-five (25) desks; twenty-two (22) personal computers; eight (8) walkie talkies; thirty-five (35) office chairs; a popcorn machine; one (1) safe, contents unknown; seven (7) printers; five (5) copiers; three (3) drum sets; seven (7); laptops; three (3) hand carts; five (5) mop buckets; five (5) vacuums; three (3) freezers; seven (7) coolers; a child's crib; six (6) projectors; seven (7) coffee pots; eight (8) tablets; seventeen (17) shelves; two-hundred (200) male t-shirts; one-hundred male pants; fifty (50) pairs of male shoes; children's clothing; children's toys; twelve (12) couches; two (2) sound boards; five (5) keyboards; an organ; two (2) guitars; two (2) label makers; three (3) high top tables; six (6) bar stools; seven (7) equalizers; two (2) furniture dollies; a mountain bicycle; carpet cleaner; makeup; a conference table; five (5) racks of women's clothing; six (6) hair wigs; and any other items that are not within eye's view.
Unless you pay the reasonable costs of storage and advertising, if any, for all the described property and take possession of the property, not later than fifteen (15) days after the date of this notice, or ten (10) days after the date of this notice if this notice is personally delivered, this property may be disposed of pursuant to Section 715.109, Florida Statutes, or other applicable sections of Florida Statues.

If you fail to reclaim the property, it will be sold at a public sale after notice of the sale has been given by publication. You have the right to bid on the property at this sale. After the property is sold and the costs of storage, advertising, and sale are deducted, the remaining money will be paid over to the county. You may claim the remaining money at any time within 1 year after the county receives the money.
