NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 28, 2018, entered in Case No. 16-CA-011836 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit, in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. is the Plaintiff and Brent L. Burgess a/k/a Brent Lewis Burgess; Unknown Spouse of Brent L. Burgess a/k/a Brent Lewis Burgess; Ahmber A. Burgess a/k/a Ahmber Burgess; Unknown Spouse of Ahmber A. Burgess a/k/a Ahmber Burgess; Clarence C. Cardwell; Janet A. Cardwell; Larry Rodger Day; Unknown Spouse of Larry Rodger Day; Samuel Mark Glover; Unknown Spouse of Samuel Mark Glover are the Defendants, that Pat Frank, Hillsborough County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, beginning at 10:00 a.m on the 30th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 220.00 FEET OF THE SOUTH 3/4 OF THE WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4, LESS THE SOUTH 425.73 FEET THEREOF; TOGETHER WITH THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED TRACT: BEGIN AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF THE EAST 220.00 FEET OF THE
WEST 1/2 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4: THENCE RUN NORTH 425.73 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 15.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 375.73 FEET; THENCE RUN EAST 5.00 FEET; THENCE RUN SOUTH 50.00 FEET; THENCE RUN WEST 20.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING, ALL LYING AND SITUATE IN SECTION 16, TOWNSHIP 28 SOUTH, RANGE 21 EAST, HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; LESS AND EXCEPT ROAD RIGHT OF WAY FOR THONOTOSASSA ROAD ON SOUTH.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
