Residence unknown, if living, including any unknown spouse of the said Defendant(s), if either has remarried and if either or both of said Defendant(s) are dead, their respective unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, assignees, creditors, lienors, and trustees, and all other persons claiming by, through, under or against the named Defendant(s); and the aforementioned named Defendant(s) and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant(s) and such of the aforementioned unknown Defendant(s) as may be infants, incompetents or otherwise not sui juris.
YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that an action has been commenced seeking possession of and to terminate ownership interest and mortgage lien interests and to quiet title on the following real property leasehold estate, lying and being and situated in Pinellas County, Florida, more particularly described as follows:
That certain condominium parcel composed of unit no. 304D, Tyrone Garden Apartments Unit II and an undivided interest or share in the common elements appurtenant thereto, in accordance with, and subject to the covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, terms and other provisions of the Declaration of Condominium, as recorded in O.R. 3197, Pages 436 through 480, and as re-recorded in Official Record Book 3219, Pages 446 through 466, and any amendments thereto, and the plat thereof, as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 4, Pages 79 through 83, Public Records of-Pinellas County, Florida.

This action has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, upon RICHARD P. CATON, P.A., Attorney for Plaintiffs, whose address is 10863 Park Boulevard, Suite 5, Seminole, FL 33772, within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
