DITTMAN; DISSTON REGENCY APARTMENTS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BRANCH BANKING AND TRUST COMPANY F/K/A COLONIAL BANK F/K/A COLONIAL BANK, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT are the Defendant(s).
