NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2018 entered in Case No. 17-4505-CI, Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HARBORVIEW MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2005-15, MORTGAGE LOAN PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-15 is the Plaintiff, and CHRISTOPHER KINDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CHRISTOPHER KINDER; FREDERICK KINDER; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FREDERICK KINDER; CITIBANK, N.A.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA DEPARTMENT OF THE TREASURY; and UNKNOWN PERSON(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are the Defendants; Ken Burke, Clerk of the aforesaid Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Section 45.031, Florida Statutes, at: www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for online auctions, at 10:00 a.m. on December 3, 2018, the following described real property, situate and being in Pinellas County, Florida to-wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK A, LAKESIDE TERRACE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 41, PAGE 48, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Property Address: 1478 Lakeside CT., Dunedin, Florida 34698.
Said sale will be made pursuant to and in order to satisfy the terms of said Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
