CITY OF DUNEDIN Construction Materials Testing & Inspection Services RFQ 19-1119
The City of Dunedin, Florida will accept qualifications submittals from firms (the “Consultant”) interested in providing construction materials testing and inspection services required as part of the Toronto Blue Jays Spring Training Facilities Improvements Project. Services will be performed at the following locations:

• The Spring Training ballpark and related facilities known as Dunedin Stadium and located at 373 Douglas Avenue Dunedin, FL 34698, and
• The buildings, fields and related facilities used for player development and related activities and located at what is known as the Englebert Baseball Complex at 1700 Solon Ave. Dunedin, FL 34698, and
• The 31.1 acre site that is currently used for non-Toronto Blue Jays-related purposes and is known as the Vanech Recreation Complex site at 3031 Garrison Rd, Dunedin, FL 34698.

The RFQ may be picked up at the address below. You may also email your request to [email protected] or you may download the RFQ from www.demandstar.com.

Responses to this Request for Qualification (please submit one original and five (5) copies) shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, clearly identified as:

Responses are due no later than the time and date noted above. Any response received after that time and date will not be opened. Any individual requiring special assistance must notify the Purchasing Office in writing 48 hours in advance so that arrangements can be made. No proposal shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) calendar days, from the opening date, without the consent of the City of Dunedin, Florida.
