NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2018, and entered in Case No. 18-000288-CA of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein, DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR SOUNDVIEW HOME LOAN TRUST 2006-EQ1 ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-EQ1, is Plaintiff and MARK LINARES; JACQUELINE ESTRELLA A/K/A JACQUELINE LINARES; SECTION 23, PROPERTY OWNER'S ASSOCIATION, INC.; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR EQUIFIRST CORPORATION; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, are Defendants, the Office of Roger D.
