NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT, pursuant to Plaintiff's Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on November 7, 2018, in the above-captioned action, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 7 day of March, 2019 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure or order, to wit::
Lot 4, Block R, Rock Creek Park, Third Addition, according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 1, of the Public Records of Charlotte County, Florida.
