NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 7, 2018, entered in Case No. 18000513CA of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, as Trustee for Residential Accredit Loans, Inc., Mortgage Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2007-QS4 is the Plaintiff and Eldev-Ochir Lkhagvaa a/k/a Eldevochir Lkhagvaa; Unknown Spouse of Eldev-Ochir Lkhagvaa a/k/a Eldevochir Lkhagvaa; Charlotte County, Florida; Section 20 Property Owner's Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 AM on December 7, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 23, IN BLOCK 602, OF PUNTA GORDA ISLES, SECTION 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 11, AT PAGE 2-A THROUGH 2-Z-42, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
