has been filed in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit In and For Manatee County, Florida and action titled Catherine Willis vs. L.A. AVERY a/k/a L.A. OVERY, and all persons claiming by, under, or through him, JOHN A. DETERS, JAMES A. DETERS, and JUDITH A. BAXLEY, and all persons claiming by, under, or through them, and BANK OF AMERICA CORPORATION, as Successor in Interest to Barnett Bank,
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses if any on the Plaintiff's attorney: William H. Meeks, Jr. at 1429 60th Ave. W., Suite 300, Bradenton, Florida 34207, on or before, December 18, 2018, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
