NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to order rescheduling foreclosure sale or Final Judgment, entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-000097 of the Circuit Court of the 10th Judicial Circuit in and for Polk County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Long Beach Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-WL1, Plaintiff and Dale R. Brown are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00 A.M. on February 5, 2019, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 50, HILLS OF LAKE ELBERT UNIT 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF POLK COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
