NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that sale will be made pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment. Final Judgment was awarded on August 2, 2018 in Civil Case No. 11-2015-CA-000961-0001-XX, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE UNDER THE INDENTURE RELATING TO IMH ASSETS CORP., COLLATERALIZED ASSET-BACKED BONDS, SERIES 2005-5 is the Plaintiff, and JEANNETTE A. HAYE A/K/A JEANETTE A. HAYE; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF JEANNETTE A. HAYE AKA JEANETTE A. HAYE; UNKNOWN TENANT 1; UNKNOWN TENANT 2; UNKNOWN TENANT 3; UNKNOWN TENANT 4; JOHN A. PIPER, AS TRUSTEE are Defendants.
The Clerk of the Court, Crystal K. Kinzel will sell to the highest bidder for cash at 3rd Floor, Lobby of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples FL 34112 on December 6, 2018 at 11:00 AM the following described real property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE NORTH 75 FEET OF THE SOUTH 150 FEET OF TRACT 40, GOLDEN GATE ESTATES, UNIT 45, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
