NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to the order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 2, 2018 and entered in Case No. 2017-CA-000577 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, BAYVIEW LOAN SERVICING, LLC, is Plaintiff and BRIAN S. MACRAE A/K/A BRIAN MACRAE; RIVER OAK PLANTATION, INC.; COLLIER COUNTY HOUSING FINANCE AUTHORITY; are Defendants, the Office of Crystal K. Kinzel, Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located at, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 6th day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. D-1, PHASE II, RIVER OAK PLANTATION, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 844, PAGE 1395, AND ALL EXHIBITS AND AMENDMENTS THEREOF, PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
