NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated July 23, 2018, of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, in the above-styled case, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash IN THE THIRD FLOOR LOBBY, COLLIER COUNTY COURTHOUSE ANNEX, 3315 TAMIAMI TRAIL EAST, NAPLES, FL 34112 at 11:00 a.m., on the 6th day of December, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
Unit Q-101, NEW WATERFORD, a Condominium, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 1672, Pages 1064 through 1133, and subsequent of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida
