NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 5, 2018 entered in Civil Case No. 2018-CA-2497 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. on the 6th day of December, 2018 in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 2421, Building 24, THE OASIS AT NAPLES, a Condominium, together with an undivided interest in the common elements, according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof recorded in Official Record Book 4107, Page 183, as amended from time to time, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owners as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
