Lot 4, Block 1919, 41st ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUNDIVISION, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 16, at Pages 42, 42A-42F, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written response, if any, to it on Jeffrey M. Backo, Esq., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 13801 D Tamiami Trail, North Port, FL 34287 on or before 12-17-2018, and to file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint.
