NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated October 24, 2018, entered in Case No. 2010 CA 002091 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit, in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein U.S. Bank Trust, N.A., as Trustee for LSF9 Master Participation Trust is the Plaintiff and Rachel Lupia; Unknown Spouse of Rachel Lupia; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that Karen Rushing, Sarasota County Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, beginning at 9:00 AM on the 30th day of November, 2018, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 9, BLOCK 664, 14TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, AT PAGE 13, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
